Every bank's data is arranged a little differently. Where a number sits in the core, how the same field is used from one bank to the next, and what a banker means by maturity, officer, or relationship all have to be worked out. Oculus has been doing that since 2008.

The assistant is built on that work. Eighteen years of business logic stands behind an answer, so there is nothing to configure and no new data to prepare.

Reporting is what BNControl has always done well. Getting at your data, shaping it, and putting it in front of the person who needs it is what every module is built around. AI is the next step in that work.

Your data stays yours. The assistant works inside the same rules that govern the rest of BNControl, and nothing it drafts is saved until you say so.

Ask a Question, Get an Answer

Ask for what you need the way you would ask a coworker. The answer comes back from your own data.

A question rarely stays inside one report. The assistant knows how loans, deposits, customers, compliance, audits, and vendors fit together in BNControl, and it draws on whichever of them the question calls for.

Build a Form by Describing It

Flex Forms can handle almost any workflow, and getting started is often the hardest part. Describe the form and the assistant drafts one, complete with questions, computed fields, auto-filled fields, and the statuses it moves through, so you start from something real instead of a blank page.

Draft a Letter in a Conversation

Say what the letter needs to do and the assistant writes it. Ask for a note inviting customers with a maturing CD to talk about renewal options, or a friendly birthday letter for customers of more than ten years, and a draft comes back with the customer and account fields dropped in where they belong. Nothing is saved until you apply it, and what you end up with is an ordinary Flex Letter you can keep refining in the editor.

This is a work in progress. What is shown here runs today, and there is more still being built, so what arrives at release will not be exactly what you see now.

Where it goes next will be shaped by the BNControl community. Almost every feature in BNControl started as a request from someone with a problem to solve, and AI is being built the same way. The parts that bring real value across the system are the parts that get built, and the people using it every day are the ones who tell us which those are.
